What installers ask before their first order
Which widths and lengths do you stock?
40" × 100′ in every shade of Carbon, Ceramic and Ceramic+, stocked in both Lodi, CA and Jarrell, TX. 60" × 100′ and 36/24 pre-cut rolls ship from Lodi. Forged PPF is 60" wide, gloss or matte. Every roll shows its price per linear foot on the card so you can run job margin in your head.
Will it install like the film my hands already know?
Onyx Carbon and Ceramic shrink on the glass with a heat gun the way a premium ceramic does and cut clean by hand or on a plotter. Every shade card has the full manufacturer spec sheet under View full specs. If your first roll does not handle the way you expect, call us. We would rather take a roll back than lose a shop.
Do you have plotter patterns for it?
Onyx film cuts on any plotter that takes standard tint patterns. Call us with the cutting software you use and we will tell you exactly what to load, before you order.
How does a warranty claim work?
Lifetime warranty on window film, 10 years on PPF. If a customer's film bubbles, fades or turns purple, call us with the roll's SKU from your order and the install date. We ship you replacement film. You are never left holding the bag for our product.
When does my order ship?
Order by 1 PM Pacific on a weekday and it ships the same day from the warehouse that has your roll. UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are all available; we quote the live rate for your ZIP on the call. Lodi orders can be picked up the same day.
How do I order or reorder?
Add rolls to your order on this page and tap Review my order. Enter your shop, email and ship-to (or pick up in Lodi) and we email you a QuickBooks invoice within a minute — pay it by card or bank transfer and the order ships the same day if paid by 1 PM. Prefer the phone? Call 1-877-893-2338, Mon–Fri 8am–5pm PT, and we send the same invoice while you are on the line.
Is the price on the card the wholesale price?
Yes. What you see is the shop price, no account and no minimum. Buying in volume? Ask when you call.
